History

First version

First version

The initial idea was based on a 3D low-poly resort map with a slightly gamified look. However, during the testing of the first prototypes—built using Unity technology—it became clear that this concept was entirely impractical. 3D maps may look good, but they don’t offer the ease and speed users need.

A year later, it was decided to remove elevation details and simplify the map to a single plane while still incorporating 3D elements.

Slope navigation

The idea is very simple — to highlight the route on the slope using a trail that shows the path to follow and gates that the skier should pass through.
